If you struggle to wake up energized physically, emotionally and spiritually and unable to maintain energy throughout the day, there’s a root imbalance. Optimal health starts with listening to your body. We weren’t meant to count calories, spend hours in the gym five times a day and fight yourself over eating a cookie now and then. Life is complicated enough, health shouldn’t be. Let’s make it simple, and even fun!
Eating healthy foods and exercising regularly is only a small part of the bigger puzzle. Factors such as genes, diet, environment, physical movement and even stress all have impacts on our health. In essence, there’s no one diet or structure to achieve optimal health. We each have our own unique ‘formula’ based on our bio-individuality.
Are there general guidelines for great health, yes: –Lower stress -Hydrate properly -Eat a balanced, whole food diet -Get adequate sleep -Move your body -Have a fulfilling hobby -Have fulfilling relationships -Practice stillness/meditation

– Building a Foundation –
The main program is a six month time period in which we work together to: ♦ Change current mindsets about health ♦ Learn about the factors of optimal health ♦Learn to understand the body ♦ Identify current habits and their roots ♦ Create new habits and thought processes
We start with an in-depth health history and mindset shifting.
Next we identify 2-4 areas for change and map out a plan of action.
Finally, we get to work! The first meeting is intended to review the health snapshot. We identify goals and create an action plan. We meet twice monthly for one hour to review progress and decide the next focal points. E-mail, text and phone support are always available.
During a free initial consultation we get to know each other, discuss in a general sense what your current health status is and where you want it to be. We also discuss the particulars of how the program works, expectations, and then decide if working together will be a productive fit. 30 minutes could change your life, I promise I don’t bite!
Meeting locations are your choice, a cafe, my office or even a park! Anywhere you’d feel comfortable is an option.
Individual Sessions – $100/hour One off sessions are intended to give you more general guidance, advice or initial planning. You might be well into your health journey and just need a little support or want to ‘test the waters’ before committing to a longer plan. Expect some suggested “homework”.
Three Month Plan – $900 Get a jump start to changing your health with a shorter commitment. You receive the benefits of meeting bi-weekly for a one hour session, tailored goal to action plan and email/phone and text support. Each session will include a recap of your progress and a new action for the next week(s).
Six Month Plan – $1,800 The six month program is the ideal time to build your health foundation. Research shows higher rates of success during this time frame as it allows new habits to really take root in your lifestyle. You’ll receive the same bi-weekly meetings and support as the three month program, with more time to work deeper into creating new habits to replace detrimental ones. **Payment plans and special accommodations available**
